CAULIFLOWER MASH POTATOES

ZUCCHINI FRITTERS

BUN IN A MUG
This has been a life saver to me. Whenever I crave bread I make myself one of these. It is quick and tasty.
1 egg
2T flaxseed meal

LOW CARB TACO SOUP
ground beef or chicken
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1T cumin
1t chili powder
3T cream cheese
pinch of turmeric
1 can of chopped tomatoes
salt and black pepper to taste
1T of bacon bits for pieces
-Brown meat with onion and garlic in the olive oil, add bacon if you are using fresh bacon
-Add water to form a soup and add the rest of ingredients

-Bake covered for 25 minutes at 180dC
-Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes

-Cook for half and hour so the flavor can cook through.
