I've had a wonderful but tough journey loosing weight but not an easy journey eating LOW CARB.....this is a journey I will probably be on for the rest of my life. I have found so many tasty and amazing recipes I wanted to share with my friends and fellow Low Carbers. BUN IN A MUG
This has been a life saver to me. Whenever I crave bread I make myself one of these. It is quick and tasty.
1 egg
2T flaxseed meal
2T almond meal
1/2t baking powder
1T coconut oil, olive oil or mayonnaise
salt if needed
-Mix well in a coffee mug or little container with a flat bottom.
-Put in the microwave on 100% for 1 minute.
-Throw out on a plate, slice and stack with what ever protein you fancy.
-ENJOY!
