6 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup flaxseed meal or almond meal
4T coconut or olive oil
1/4 cup marinated sun dried tomatoes chopped or snipped
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic minced
salt, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes
-Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and scoop into muffin cups
-Sprinkle cheese over each muffin cup
-Bake at 180dC until brown
