1/2 kg ground meat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup green or red pepper chopped
1/2 cup cream
8 eggs beaten
1t mustard
salt and pepper to taste
-Cook and crumble meat
-Add pepper, onion and mushroom cook through
-Drain mixture
-In a bowl add 1/2 of cheese to the mixture
-Add eggs
-Pour into baking dish
-Sprinkle with cheese
-Bake 40 minutes at 180dC
