1 large head cauliflower
1 bouillon chicken cube
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
3 cans tuna drained
1 cup cheese
(you could add two cups low carb vegetables to this - Broccoli, red or green pepper, zucchini etc.)
-Chop cauliflower into bits
-Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the cheese
-Bake for 30 minutes at 180dC
-Top with cheese
-Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is brown.
