chicken strips
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 T minced ginger root
3T peanut butter
3T soy sauce
garlic to taste
1 head cabbage sliced into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
-Fry chicken strips in a bit of olive oil until cooked through
-Add ginger, peanut butter, garlic and cabbage cook until cabbage is soft and wilted
-Add the chicken broth and simmer on low for 5 minutes
-Add the green onion and garnish with chopped peanuts
-Serve
